Accessibility Statement
How this site is built for accessibility, and how to report a problem.
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Our commitment
This website is intended to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
What we have done
- Semantic HTML. Pages use proper headings, landmarks, lists and tables so assistive technology can navigate them.
- One main heading per page, with a logical heading order beneath it.
- Skip link. A "Skip to main content" link is the first focusable element on every page.
- Keyboard accessible. Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone.
- Visible focus indicators. Focused elements are clearly outlined.
- Colour contrast. Body text and interface elements are designed to meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Text resizing. Text is sized in relative units and remains usable when zoomed to 200%.
- Reduced motion. Animations are minimised when your system requests reduced motion.
- Labelled form fields. Every input has a programmatically associated
label, and hints are linked with
aria-describedby. - Meaningful link text. Links describe their destination rather than reading "click here."
- Images. This site currently uses no images. Any image added in future will carry descriptive alternative text, or be hidden from assistive technology if it is purely decorative.
Known limitations
We are not aware of any current accessibility barrier that prevents you from using this site. If you encounter one, we want to hear about it — see below.
One thing outside our control: the collapsible question sections on some pages use the
native details and summary elements. These are well supported
by modern assistive technology, but very old browsers may render them without the
expand/collapse behaviour. The content remains fully readable in that case.
Third-party content
This site may embed content or link to services operated by third parties, including mapping and video providers. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content, and we are not responsible for it.
Tell us about a problem
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please contact us and describe what happened. We will do our best to fix it and, where that is not immediately possible, to provide the information you need in another format.

Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to respond within five business days.
Assessment approach
This site is built and reviewed against the WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria through manual review, including keyboard-only navigation and screen reader checks. As new content is added, it is reviewed against the same standard.
