What we collect

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or government identifiers through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the information you asked for
- To follow up about real estate services, where you have consented to that contact
- To maintain records of your consent and communication preferences
- To improve the website and understand which content is useful
- To comply with legal, regulatory and brokerage requirements
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Your information may be accessible to:
- Service providers who host the website, manage email, or operate the customer relationship management system used to track and respond to inquiries. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- The brokerage — Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty — as required by brokerage policy and licensing rules.
- Legal authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect legal rights.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal, tax and brokerage record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to retain it, we will delete it.
Your choices
- Opt out of calls and texts. Reply STOP to any text message, or tell us directly and we will stop. Reply HELP for help. You can also email us and ask to be removed from any contact list.
- Opt out of email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Access, correct or delete your information. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
- Do Not Track. This site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We have reviewed the major privacy statutes and describe their application honestly:
